Ste-Thérèse Project

Residence Ste -Thérèse – Kitchen

We made a major transformation in this kitchen dating from the 50s. This second generation family residence lacked space and windows no longer suited the lifestyle of the family. By working closely with a technologist, we redesigned the interior while increasing the window space and bring in more natural light. We reinvented the interior while increasing the window space and bringing in more natural light.

Working closely with Josée Gauthier kitchen-designer at Tendance & Concept, we completely redesign the kitchen area using an open space concept. We used an open space concept to completely redesign the area. We favored noble materials such as wood and marble for classic look while providing a modern touch with stainless steel finishes. The details of the tiles in the windows reflected in the butler’s pantry, the marble on the surfaces and on the backsplash, the white cabinets contrasting with the dark floorboards, harmonize the overall decor. A warm lighted environment and a majestic central island provides a perfect rally point.
